Cajeta Caramel Sauce

Cajeta (pronounced: ca-hay-ta) is a slow, long-cooked caramel sauce made from goat milk instead of cow’s milk. It’s sweet, and a bit decadent, because let’s face it: you don’t see this every day at most grocery stores!

Lovely drizzled on top of your frothy latte, or over ice cream and apple pie. Refrigerate once you get it, and it should last a few months, unless you do like we do and devour it in a couple days 🙂 Made with: goat milk, sugar, cinnamon sticks, and baking soda.
