Hush Annie Goat Soap

Who likes bug bites and poison ivy, raise your hand! Oh, wait, nobody?

If you’re *not* a fan of the itching and irritation that comes with the great outdoors, you might want to try this special soap I’ve created.

Now, I can’t promise it will relieve the variety of stings, scratchy plant oils and other itchy things you encounter, but I will say it *has* helped me, my husband, and the stray cat Nicky that we washed with it when he first arrived to us.

Scented in a blend of crisp apple and soothing pine, the combination of calendula, nettle, aloe vera, and bentonite clay come together to help wash away the bug and plant oils, leaving you with clean, dare I say “calm” skin. Follow up with your favorite Bee Armor (also a good weapon against the wild things that might irritate!) or Annie Goat Lotion, and you might just sleep peacefully tonight! This soap is more creamy than lathery, and it’s got a lovely, smooth, almost powdery feel across the skin.

Inventory Notice: This is a seasonal soap, so releases once per year.

Annie Goat Soap is handcrafted using pure ingredients, thoughtful scenting and raw goat milk from our small farm in northern Illinois. Our soaps are rustic and rough-hewn, making them uniquely imperfect in appearance, and perfectly bubbly and luxurious when used for cleansing!  Hand blended in small batches, we believe in handling the soap as little as possible, so after cutting and curing, they are wrapped, arriving to you, ready to get to work cleaning your skin!

Ingredients: Annie Goat Soap is made with our own organic dairy goat milk; olive oil, organic coconut oil, castor oil; water, lard, sodium hydroxide, tussah silk, Himalayan salt; essential oils, cosmetic-grade, phthalate-free fragrance oils, micas, and dioxide pigments.  Additional or fewer ingredients noted on packaging and in each soap’s description. Our soaps are small-batch, preservative-free, and never tested on animals.
